Jewels & Time: Who we areJewels & Time is a successful chain of family owned Duty Free stores located in the Caribbean Island of Jamaica. Our stores are located in Ocho Rios. We've been in the jewelry business for over 40 years and sell jewelry at competitive prices to visitors from around the world. Jewels and Time first opened its doors in 1961 as The Presita Shop. Over the years we have expanded and now have four stores in Jamaica covering Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. The stores in Ocho Rios are known as Jewels & Time. Our selections offer the best in classical styles and fashion made in traditional gold, precious platinum and the fast growing titanium. We are members of the C.G.I., Caribbean Gemological Institute, and provide C.G.I. grading certificates on selected pieces. The Time (Watch) collection is made up of numerous, famous brands covering all price ranges and taste. The watch collectors corner at our Island Village store in Ocho Rios is a must visit for any watch connoisseur. We are guaranteed and recommended by the major cruise lines, approved by the Jamaica Tourist Board, a member of the local chambers of commerce and a sponsoring member of Friends of the Sea (the local environmental watch group).
